I remember first hearing the Sanders designees agreed to rules that allowed Super Delegates to survive & thinking: They didn’t get the job done, but did their best. Not everyone’s best is equal. Warren’s the candidate who’s a bold progressive, effective (h/t AOC), and can win.

I like you Adam, but I'm old enough to remember when you were on 2016 trail saying
@BernieSanders was a bold, effective progressive. Nothing wrong w/ being for@ewarren now, but on the scoreboard, Sanders has gotten more things done as a Senator than Warren. It's easy to Google4 replies 44 retweets 407 likes -
I’m not going to dispute loving his progressive ideas at all! I do. I would love to see any quote saying effective. Doubt it. Many people who supported Sanders in 2016 support Warren because she will get the job done. Sanders opposing filibuster reform is one effectiveness flag.

What I don’t get is the lack of seriousness in your argument. You clearly are more of a technocrat (no issue with that). Why don’t you just say I support a technocrat over an organizer? That would make sense although I’d disagree. But the claim that Warren’s approach is more...

I’m an organizer. As is Warren. Bernie is very passionate. I admire that. I enjoy doing press conferences with him. He has never led a serious inside outside campaign on economic populism and won.

I suppose forcing the richest man in the world to raise the minimum wage for tens of thousands of people is a loss. Or getting the veterans health bill passed. Or getting $9 billion into Obamacare for community hospitals. Or enacting the War Powers Act for 1st time ever

He has done more as a Senator than Warren-who other than CFPB has achieved great viral moments yelling at executives (which I’ve enjoyed). Your critique is strange considering 1) History contradicts it 2) Warren doesn’t have any major achievements as a Senator

I happen to have really liked Warren when she entered the Senate. She was a visionary and sharp as anyone on Wall St greed and criminality. But around 2015/15, political calculation/consultant class took over her head. It’s been wrong move after wrong move and lack of conviction

It was clear early on she is not for Medicare For All immediately—and healthcare wasn’t her core issue. Then why fake it? Run a campaign on regulating Wall St, getting money out of politics, and economic patriotism. The constant flip flopping on policy and now Super Pacs is why

She nosedived in the polls. When she was “with Bernie” on M4A she was frontrunner for a short time. Then it seems she took a series of bad advice to triangulate. Then she breached a private convo and leaked he said she said crap to the media...and now playing into Bernie’s..

Medical records nonsense—a real low blow (he has released what everyone releases). Just wreaks of inauthenticity when she could have just run as herself—her true self-from the beginning and stuck with it...and possibly won
