I do, Jenn
Thanks
I made an annual payment earlier in the year and I’d appreciate if Jordan paid more attention to who he’s interviewing than constantly asking for $$$1 reply 0 retweets 0 likes -

Reporting in the field cost a lot of $$ (this South Bend reporting trip costs us over $3k and we are completely funded by average people). Sorry me asking for support from viewers to fund this reporting bothers you. Doing my best to build this!

It's not so much the asking as it is the timing but I hope it helps.

Yea, unfortunately it’s the nature of start up life—we are not funded by a big investor or corporation so have to call on the audience. They have been amazing

I think for people who criticize us asking for $ support—look around and see if there’s any other outlets doing what we are doing.

I apologize, because you work your ass off to do what no one else is doing and you deserve at least 10x as much for what it's worth. I inadvertently diminished it by bringing well supported YT'ers into it and I didn't mean to. I genuinely want you to get what you're worth.

No worries--just always try to respond to folks who don't quite know all the behind-the-scenes obstacles we have. TRUST ME...if I could wake up tomorrow and never have to mention $ to the audience again, it would be heaven for me. I don't like doing it. I do it so we can report

I just want to be clear that I'm coming from an optics standpoint. Between the self-congratulation, pleas, lack of reciprocation when the interviewee answers questions and not putting the spotlight back on them at the end of an interview, it doesn't seem like it's about them.

I don't really know what you mean by lack of reciprocation when interviewee answers questions. But now that you've widened your complaints out to the critical issue of....my beard...I'm not going to waste anymore time. Enjoy fixating on whatever you find objectionable tomorrow.

What I mean is not following up on answers but instead moving on to the next question. It can come off as not listening and it's like a dry robotic interview process. Viewers feel more engaged when they see the relation between 2 people ie reciprocation. I'm pedantic now. 10-4

I, again, don't know what you're talking about. No one can deny the power of these interviews. Jordan's my best friend and biz partner and I give him plenty of shit but he's a world class interviewer. Absurd.
