You absolutely can ARREST someone---doesn't mean that charge will stick. There is zero physical or visual evidence of Max Blumenthal attacking anyone. I really hope one day someone doesn't falsely assert you beat them up--with no physical evidence. By your claim, that's enough

Yes, well thankfully the American legal system is SUPPOSED to work in a way that doesn't convict people based on them "seeming like he's guilty." There has to be actual evidence to support that biased perception. Glad you are not a lawyer
