So, basically, everyone can come into the US, and if they get caught, just let them carefully go through the immigration process as if they were waiting for a visa in another country? Sounds like a winning and legit solution...

When they go through the court hearings they'll present their case, present doc's, etc. If the judge find their case compelling he/she will grant them asylum if no they'll get deported that how it works
