It also doesn’t make sense for AG’s office to say the former special prosecutor’s investigation was so flawed that they had to drop all charges...he had successfully gotten former MDHHS director Nick Lyon bounded over to face a jury trial.

You too? She dropped the charges and is doing her own expanded investigation. I would trust a GD thing done by Schuette. Who did he railroad? Who did he protect? When a new director takes over an agency, they call for audit. That is exactly what she did.

That's what I was thinking. I think it's probably a good thing she's investigating. Make sure it sticks when they get charged.

I think that's what she's doing. They tried hard to keep Nessel out of that position. I doubt she's just going to let it go.
