The Solicitor General of MI will be holding a “community conversation” in Flint on Friday to explain this decision.

This decision defies logic unless the AG provides a DETAILED explanation and rationale for why the groundwork laid by former special prosecutor Todd Flood was so flawed, all remaining criminal charges had to be dropped. People died in Flint AND ARE STILL DYING

It also doesn’t make sense for AG’s office to say the former special prosecutor’s investigation was so flawed that they had to drop all charges...he had successfully gotten former MDHHS director Nick Lyon bounded over to face a jury trial.
