It's not splitting hairs. His channel is currently up. He is free to broadcast and say whatever bigoted thing he would like. He's just not able to profit off of it. I don't understand how it's the progressive position to cry tears over a bigot not profiting from bigotry

His FREE SPEECH rights are there since his channel is still active and he's free to broadcast. But there is no inalienable right to profit off of your free speech. I think folks like you are confusing censorship and penalizing someone
