Lead isn't a risk factor for Parkinson's Disease so her illness is almost certainly a coincidence. This kind of conflation could give people a way to discredit the other cases you have covered (e.g. res. with skin/teeth damage) that almost certainly are a result of lead exposure.

Take anything you read in the Daily Caller with a mountain-sized grain of salt. The cases they point out aren't related to the Flint water crisis (although the high crime rate the point to could be a result of prefrontal cortex damage due to lead).
