That is a mischaracterization of what Kamala Harris said at her first town hall. She was talking about getting rid of "all that", referring to the entire system where private insurance is the main coverage people have. No change.

Jordan, I disagree. I think her answer this time was much better than her first town hall where she clearly had little understanding of the source material. This town hall is the exact answer we needed and certainly better than what Warren has been saying.

Medicare currently has supplemental private insurance. Medicare for all would and always will involve private insurance. She's for getting rid of private insurance having full control over health care.
