NO binding commitment to a 6-to-1 match, NO assurance it covers statewide & legislative offices, NO lower contribution limits, NO independent enforcement--just a commission with zero parameters.

Tell lawmakers to VOTE NO on the budget unless each of those elements exists. And be very clear we do not consider a fair elections commission with no parameters "passing fair elections." Instead, it's a total failure.

Yes. A Fair Elections bill must commit that every small donor is matched 6 to 1. So a $10 donation is $70, because the public matches 6 to 1. It creates the right incentives--talk to people with $10, instead of $10 million.
