@YouTube@TeamYouTube support SEVERAL times making the clear case that our video was within fair use AND saying I still have the video that I could send....it is NOT AT ALL easy to find where YouTube says deleting a video would prevent an appeal. policies of YouTube is why so many creators are leaving the platform--frankly, it's absurd. Many people, including me, rely on YouTube to earn a living. Banning them for 3 months with no appeal and zero communication is censorship.
