There is a case where a YouTuber did an interview on cnn and in the interview they aired a few clips of videos on his channel. After cnn uploaded the interview to their YouTube channel, they filed copyright against the original videos of the clips they had aired.

Also, it should be obvious that if CNN was wrong in filing the copyright complaint....and it has caused you to be suspended from live streaming, I'm not a lawyer, but it seems to me you have VERY actionable damages against CNN.
