Earlier today, I admonished @RoKhanna for furthering what I believed to be a misinformation campaign that Flint's water was still dirty. I don't like the spread of falsities by officials, so I called it out. Here's his tweet. My response is below it. /1https://twitter.com/RoKhanna/status/1100959273352216576 …

Here're screenshots of my own thread that I cited. They'll be deleted now, but are posted here for accountability. People should know what I said. Again, this was in good faith. I want a healthy, robust Flint, MI. Most people do. I update my views as evidence comes in. /2pic.twitter.com/XTiX2nqOu5

I was tagged & subsequently called out by
@JordanChariton for my interpretation of prior public news. Frankly, I trusted the government and believed that instead of avoiding accountability, the officials were genuinely seeking positive change. /3https://twitter.com/JordanChariton/status/1100978960035389440 …Sahil Kemkar added,
JordanVerified account @JordanCharitonI’ve reported in Flint 13 times since 2016 and was last there in November. People are STILL getting rashes, hair loss & auto immune issues (seen it with my own eyes). I also exposed MI’s environmental agency manipulated testing and data. Per my take,
@JordanChariton's 30 min read can be summed up with "They flushed the water when measuring the levels. That's misrepresentative." He posts interviews and case studies to support this argument. I trust his sources, just like I typically trust government ones. /41 reply 0 retweets 0 likesShow this thread -
Still, anecdotes don't convince me fully. That's my skeptical, engineering background. I like data. (I hope everyone is skeptical and analytical of what's before them.) So, what did really strike a chord then was this research he cited by Goovaerts. /5 https://docs.google.com/viewer?a=v&pid=sites&srcid=ZGVmYXVsdGRvbWFpbnxnb292YWVydHNwaWVycmV8Z3g6NTFmNjg2OTJlZDZhYTk2Yw …

Good on you to correct the record--FYI, my reporting isn't anecdotal. I knocked on 450 doors and spoke with 150 residents (majority of which were on the official state testing group) and found dozens of homes where the state manipulated the testing and data
