Early viewcount numbers are never accurate, this has always been a thing on youtube. Give it a day and it will settle out

I don't know for certain, but I think the Views go through some sort of delay on a daily basis, or the Views get "vetted" to some degree, or something? I think if you check back tomorrow it would sync up better? Not sure.

Their systems are distributed so it's possible that the comments subsystem and view count subsystem aren't directly related. This would make sense given how massive YouTube's systems are. Not necessarily nefarious

Views take a while to update. There may be other shenanigans going on, but the view counts are off everyday when new videos drop on really popular channels, showing many more likes and/or comments than views for the first few hours.
