Not only dangerous, but racist. To insinuate that because African American people couldn’t get their mind right and vote for Clinton it wasn’t because they were free thinkers, it was because Russia hacked their minds.

3/ the basic concepts of propaganda campaigns have not changed for decades but it takes a lot less manpower and it’s a lot easier to reach more people than it ever was in the past with the advent of social media.

4/ the ability to influence outcomes through psy-ops should not be so flagrantly disregarded. It is easier to do than people realize and it is NOT an insult to the intelligence or integrity of people to fall victim to these influence campaigns.

I think you may mean well but I actually interviewed voters (between 1500-2,000 overall in 2016). You did not. To suggest Russian psy-ops essentially brainwashed people not to vote for @HillaryClinton is not only dumb...it's propaganda.
