"Who's Going to Make Hard Decisions?"....since when is it hard decision for govt officials 2 take seriously/TAKE ACTION QUICKLY in response 2 complaints of residents of rashes, hair loss, nosebleeds, and autoimmune issues after you switch their water for first time in 50 years?

This is essentially saying government officials whose reckless negligence and intentional ignoring of deadly public health issues shouldn't be punished because...it might cause future government officials some pause in how they make decisions. Umm, that's a damn good thing!

Good. It should have a chilling effect on state employees to make sure they know that if they don't do their job and harm citizens because of it, they WILL be held accountable.
