And like I already said, the last census...which is what gives you the population size, Flint has 102,000 people. Hence at least 50 samples needed to be taken to satisfy the lead and copper rule.

I have reported-about error in sampling size, totally inadequate records, testing method being against settlement’s orders from EPA/MDEQ. U obviously are connected to Edwards...which is fine. But your talking point on other cities has nothing to do with errors in Flint’s testing
