And like I already said, the last census...which is what gives you the population size, Flint has 102,000 people. Hence at least 50 samples needed to be taken to satisfy the lead and copper rule.

And REGARDLESS of population size, the EPA must give WRITTEN PERMISSION in order to conduct reduced monitoring. So not only was reduced monitoring used wrongly but also without needed permission. You’re either dumb or deliberately not getting it
