This isn’t “Jordan claims.” This is the EPA’s LEAD AND COPPER RULE. For a city with over 100,000 people, a reduced monitoring sample would have to have at least 50 samples. That’s the EPA regulation, not me “claiming.” I’m sure you know the difference between claiming and citing
