Of course. It’s important that society values all forms of work. And when it does, we see more men in what are regarded as women’s roles.

Because women (on average are and at extreme) are not as physically able as men. There is a reason why in sport men and women are not competing.

If men entered jobs predominantly filled by women would the average salary go up ? The reverse happened when previously male jobs became mostly female
