I’m not sure current AI art generators are generating original works of art. They may just be creating derivative works of copyrighted art they were trained on, tainting all commercial use. That’s one of the big questions separating research from an actual business opportunity.

Just sayin’, releasing ChatGPT right before every college kid with a cell phone writes their end of term exams may not have been the best idea.
Btw, if you're going to watch one episode of Netflix's Cabinet of Curiosities this is the episode to see: Episode 7 aka The Viewing. Beautiful, and exactly the right kind of weird. As a bonus, watching Eric Andre refusing cocaine was some pretty great acting.

How can a company like , that's essentially been making the same Inkjet product for 30 years with minimal meaningful changes or improvements, do such a laughably abysmal job at developing printer drivers, while releasing new printers year after year?
