it is simple, the total redevelopment of Brum was based on less cars, removing mass house, removing the old bull ring, each step reduced car parking. Car growth will continue to grow so if nothing was done what do you think would happen ?
But there always has been too much traffic at the Scott Arms. One factor is that people can make up time by racing up and down the Walsall Road - that's what we want to deal with and will deliver huge benefits in community safety. Wd be good to see effective use of the rail too
