kids die of measles when there is poverty - rich kids don't die of measles. vax isn't enough to manage diseases that kill and putting too much attention on vaxing takes it away from underlying conditions that actually cause deaths.

We can give vaccines AND deal with other problems. They're not mutually exclusive options.

They become mutually exclusive when the focus and funding is on the drugs and not on the poverty and economic injustice. That's also how the US uses some vaccines that other countries have found to be unsafe & how we export the ones we found unsafe to countries w/no regulations

Rich kids don’t die of measles bc rich kids are vaccinated and live in areas where almost everyone is vaccinated.

Roald Dahl wasn’t really affected by poverty was he? New York is not in Subsaharan Africa last I checked. His daughter died from measles.

Firstly, rich children do die of measles. Secondly, vaccination is one of the greatest promoters of equality, ever. Vaccination promotes social movement and empowers women. It’s incredibly empowering not to suffer from disease; or to bury your dead children. This is the truth.
