From http://fairuse.stanford.edu : “In its most general sense, a fair use is any copying of copyrighted material done for a limited and “transformative” purpose, such as to comment upon, criticize, or parody a copyrighted work.” This does not mention your usage of the song.

In the link given above it just says that noncommercial use is more likely to be granted a fair use exception and not that all non commercial are fair use. It also mentions that some commercial content can be fair use. You can make money off of it, it just makes you more liable.
