  3. You might be right. Again, Rockets were 5 of 24 on open or wide open 3s on Friday.

  4. Pop said this morning that Dejounte Murray will start again on Sunday. "He's going to do whatever he does." That's so true.

  5. Had Rockets made usual % (36.9) of open/wide-open 3s last night, they'd have hit almost 4 more 3s. An extra 12 pts would help in 11-pt game.

  6. You wanted him to stick to La Vie En Rose?

  7. Whole lot of concert staff downstairs at Toyota Center today. Bunch of people working for The Weeknd.

  8. More specifically to your question, Rockets got an average of 23.6 3s with defender at least four feet away against OKC; took 24 last night.

  9. They got enough. They were 3 of 16 on 3s with closest defender 4 to 6 feet away; 2 of 8 with closest defender six or more feet away.

  10. Spurs scored fewer points (despite faster pace) w/ worse shooting % than post- and regular-season averages. Not sure defense was the issue.

  11. Rockets offense can work this way. Harden ave 14.6 potential assists in OKC series. (Averaging 16 vs. Spurs.) Others must hit open shots.

  12. Harden had just 13 passes for potential assists, down from season ave of 21.5. But he produced his usual 56 points. Others have to step up.

  13. Good news for Rockets heading to Game 4. Have not lost consecutive home games this season. Bad news. They are 0-3 vs. SA in TC this season.

  14. The Rockets missed 27 3-pointers. The Spurs contested a bunch of them, but not all. Leonard: "They are missing some wide-open ones as well."

  15. Beverley: “We got every shot that we wanted." But Spurs forced Rockets to take more mid-range shots than they like, hitting just 1 of 10.

  16. Spurs 103, Rockets 92. Harden w 43. Teammates go 18 of 60. Kawhi, Aldridge 26. Rockets fail to reach 100 in cons. gms, 1st time of season.

  17. Ryan Anderson breaks the ice. Hits two free throws for his first points. Run off the 3-point line, he's taken 4 shots, all 3s, and missed.

  18. This LaMarcus Aldridge is waaaay better than the imposter in Game 1.He has 26. Spurs lead by 11, 5:36 left.
