It's a giant pain, that actually fucking works. I am able to write programs to that ISA and have high confidence that they will function correctly. I cannot say the same about Intel's fucking graphics drivers. So let's admit that some things work and some things do not.

I felt it was somewhat offensive, but, also, it looks to me like the excuse-making that almost everyone does when it comes to these matters, and I have long ago drawn conclusions about how poorly I regard that excuse-making, so, I just mentally set the bit on the conversation.
