      Never been to the US so I have only a vague idea about the life there. Life in the UK is not too bad, despite what you might have heard.

      I just always found it to be an unfriendly place, and people in he game industry always seemed depressed with no prospects for the future.

      This might be because game people have always made dirt wages in the UK, now better than it used to be but still kinda bad, but, that is why one takes the individual initiative to better one’s own situation, and, that just did not seem to be a thing there.

      Well, also, I do not hang out with game developers much even in the USA, so I am not sure that pet really matters. Suffice to say I was not attracted to the atmosphere though.

          I came a few times to London before and let's say politely that I was not impressed by the food and not attracted by the city. But now that I have lived here for a few years, I think it is easy to get a wrong initial impression. Brits are not good to advertise their way of life.
