Miami is a 1000% nicer better place to live than anywhere in the Bay Area right now. Except for the temperature... not sure what to do about that.

Doesn't miami already have sunny day floods? How long until we reverse carbon do you estimate?
We can do carbon capture in several different ways already, it’s just expensive and slow unless scaled way up. But I would guess we have viable tech in 5-7 years for which we can just press the scale button if we want, and then that will continue to improve.

World governments currently subsidize fossil fuels at 5 trillion dollars a year. Do you anticipate we will spend 5 trillion or more a year on this carbon capture tech in 5-7 years?

That's not the root of the problem. When our governments don't even invest in technology that reduces the release of CO2 and other greenhouse gases, what makes you think we will have such a technology in a few years?
