Miami is a 1000% nicer better place to live than anywhere in the Bay Area right now. Except for the temperature... not sure what to do about that.

I am from the south of France, and I honestly don't mind the climate here (Midlands, Royal Leamington Spa) From my experience, it is close to Normandy, air quality is excellent, lot of well maintained green areas, people are nice and not stressed out.
I would not move to France because the laws there make it very difficult and annoying to run a business.
