How many web developers understand that a low-end integrated GPU on a laptop can draw full 4k screens of pixels at 3000 frames per second?

that's not the point, surely a web developer should be optimising things as much as possible. what is it worth knowing the fill rate of a specific processor?
If someone is designing tires for your car, why should they know how fast the car is supposed to go?
