Why can't you do something like play dead, then pop up and shoot a careless player that runs by? Encourage corpse shooting etc. ;) Make it a perk/item to lay there still and heal quietly.

That's why I brought it up ;) Done it a couple times but yes, it rarely works. Good players too apt to fire off a shot or two at range.
Do you do the whole lean left and blind-fire right thing to look extra corpse-like?
