it doesn't work the way you think it does. A change that actually gets launched is generally the result of dozens of failed experiments. Most changes are shipped to a small percentage of users, then analyzed for days/weeks, then shut down.
You think I don't know people who work at web companies and don't know what they do?

you're describing productivity using a metric that the web industry doesn't use. That's all I'm accusing you of. the goal isn't to make features, it's to make money. Often times the changes made aren't even noticed. (That's why I quit that industry.)
