@Jonathan_Blow is Jai's still aimed at "good programmers" (sorry if this is paraphrasing some wrong second-hand info)? Given your recent talks on the necessity for newcomers to understand lower-levels, would Jai aim to be a good introductory language for new programmers too?
We are focusing on experienced programmers in the beginning, but the language is much simpler than most comparable languages, so it may be good for beginners because of that.
