Some things just aren’t fun but still need to be done: cleaning the toilet. And I do it and get it over with and then my fun starts.
There are entire major lobes of human spiritual tradition, thriving for thousands of years, that tell people exactly how to deal with this, but somehow most people still don’t know. Crazy.

Maybe because they *don't* work for *everyone*? How many times must one try how many traditions and lobes of tradition with how much grit until one concludes that? Their having thrived for thousands of years is irrelevant. They don't need to work for *anyone* to survive.
