1970s sci-fi thought we would have a moon base in the 1990s and be doing manned flights to Jupiter and stuff. I don’t know why you think you should be able to resume a download, it’s only the year 2019. Don’t act so entitled.
I mean, like, how are you even supposed to make that work? You want to somehow get some new bytes over the internet, and they end up stored next to the old bytes you already got? How would you even do that?!?

Luckily enough I can still just download the files through a browser and install them that way, but I mean....their application has to do one thing.
