In all likelyhood the first 8" CP/M boot floppy was written from another computer and it all recurses back to the original mainframes with punchcards.

I think you use another PC which know how to do it of course. Because we are in 2019 and not in 1970 I think, I think that's available. I agree with you, there is a possibility that it wouln't be possible, but between us and frankly, is it likely to happen ?
