You'll also see plenty from people who had no problems with it whatsoever. Again, this is a product that Just Works for tens of millions of mostly non-tech-savvy users.

There is a discussion to be had here about areas to improve, but cherry picking anecdata to support your singular bad experience (or either way) and extrapolating that to how it's hopelessly bad software just seems intelectually dishonest.

it's not about Firefox or one particular software. This lack of attention to the performance for it has not caused any "major problems" has become a trend, and the slowness adds up. Softwares today are so slow because people like you are denying the value of it.

? That's a straw man. Web is overcomplicated and software bloats and rots too easily. But it's hard to engage with the big picture ideas seriously when an example used to reinforce them states that FF is awful software because it lagged that one time and Chrome didn't.
