Whoa. Happy to support with logistics if this becomes a thing.
I am thinking I would want to fire-and-forget with some small organization that does this for a living, but I don't know if some such organization exists. There are tons of small academic conferences, but maybe those use university staff to do it? Dunno.

(Among other reasons, I'd probably want to do it this year, you already have one conference coming this year, not good to accidentally put pressure on one due to the other, etc).

I'll shoot an e-mail to some people I know at the Seattle Center for some background info. It's also not uncommon to streamline (almost) everything on someone's behalf for a higher rate.

I've organized academic workshops and could advise. There is a long lead time to propose a workshop at an established conference. I've also done a pre-conf at StrangeLoop, but the deadline for this year has passed. Not "fire and forget" - takes work to have a good meeting
