@facebook: if you think a survey is the best way to work out what your moral position should be on a topic, the problems at the heart of your business go much much deeper than I thought.
I wonder what the purpose of the survey was? It is usual practice to give survey respondents some context. I think in this case they've definitely shot themselves in the foot.
