  3. Clarification: Burmese army/Arakan Army clashes. The army recovered the bodies of 3 rebels it did not "capture"them as state media reported.

  5. Suu Kyi says peace process priority. She wants to include all groups. Army refusing ones like Arakan, Kokang.Early test of where power lies.

  6. The Burmese army have refused to let the Arakan Army be part of the ceasefire negotiations. They're one of the smaller rebel/militia. (3)

  7. In return Burmese army say they captured 3 insurgents, some arms and ammo and 42 bags of rice. (2)
