    Clarification: Burmese army/Arakan Army clashes. The army recovered the bodies of 3 rebels it did not "capture"them as state media reported.

    The Burmese army have refused to let the Arakan Army be part of the ceasefire negotiations. They're one of the smaller rebel/militia. (3)
