This is, from a sociological perspective, one of the most naive comments that I have seen in some while. Markets don’t have loyalties. How loyal will you be to unrestrained markets when values that you might claim to cherish are eroded by the “need” for capital investment?

I don't know about you but my family comes from all over the United States and they didn't all come over on the Mayflower. The recent convo on immigration in America is at the very least way more comicated then that take you offered. And you know it

Trump is not a conservative. Trump is a populist. Trump is savvy, in that he embraces conservative values, which are more pragmatic than liberal values, in a first world country.

Too many make the mistake of attacking immigrants themselves instead of a malevolent system of wealth redistribution that seeks to use immigration and outsourcing to shift bargaining power away from the working-class to benefit the capital classes.
