Ultimately a no deal scenario would trigger a withdrawal of Article 50. Which seems the most likely outcome, once there is clear support for such a withdrawal then it is endgame for Brexit.

You'd hope, but the Government thinks that if there's no deal, or a rejected deal, we just leave anyway. Has Parliament got the collective guts to disabuse them of that opinion?pic.twitter.com/AhkEh3e0Cm

Of course, there is a reasonable hope that A50 has not been 'triggered' because Parliament has not yet made a decision to leave, A50(1), to communicate to the EU under A50(2). For example: https://www.crowdjustice.com/case/a50-chall-her-e50/?utm_source=sendinblue …

Do U really think U can sell that 2 the other 27 nations? British businesses R preparing 4 worse case scenario; EU citizens R leaving the UK. But then the Brits say: "oh we were just messing with the EU economy + UR lives. But we didn't MEAN it!" Stay in the single market.

No but the public have a right to have a Say on any Final Deal. Maybe there is a case to argue the 50+ Impact Reports are published, then decide.

Haven't you learned yet? Referenda R a BAD idea - especially in very complicated matters. The public know eff all about brexit and yes,I include myself in that comment! I say: Referenda must have a 70% turnout and a 65% yes vote in order to work.

Totally agree there on that one, it would have avoided the situation we are in. Unfortunately, it did not suit the Tory party & their paymasters.

MPs from all parties need to understand that they need to get TOGETHER and act in the interest of the country - its economic future + social fabric + all its people. The alternative to the EU is Trump's America - but he is going down in the polls big time too. He is old news.

Again, I agree we need a Government of National Unity. Possibly lead by Vince Cable, with Cross Party Support in the National Interest.

Most unlikely, and certainly not led by someone as uninspiring as Vince Cable, who only a year ago was shouting down Farron over a new referendum, and is still remembered for selling Royal Mail on the cheap and propping up Tory austerity.pic.twitter.com/hiAQbum30s

If Brexit is a priority we have to operate in the here & now.

Re-living to the past just makes Brexit stronger. It stifles co-operation to oppose it, and soothes the delusions of it's promises.
