I find it really striking that Sky News routinely have left wing voices appearing, but since the election, the BBC News channel very rarely does. I’ve spoken to other left wing writers and broadcasters and they say exactly the same thing.

Rather than airy ‘I’ve talked to left wing writers’ bobbins, why not do some proper analysis and actually count them? Then we might take this seriously. As is, it just sounds like you’re a bit sore they haven’t booked you recently.

Hi David! Don’t feel any personal grievance about the BBC news channel, I don’t even like telly work and just see it as necessary to reach people, socialist commentators (we know each other very well) just notice Sky News invite us routinely, the BBC news channel rarely does.

Fair enough, but I still think some analysis of who they invite on would be useful. Are right wing commentators on without any answering voices from the left at all?

It could be that Sky’s style is to invite on a broader range, while BBC News Channel doesn’t go for such polar opposites.

I think the BBC is definitely full of card carrying Bow Group Conservative extremists. It's a disgrace that non Tories have no choice but to fund this Tory propoganda machine.

Ha ha ha if only it were true. I'd fire the board and restart.
