Not a reason going forward. Can change be effected within the current framework? Yes. That's it. Again what current issue is being held back by non English MPs?

It's not about current issues being held back by MPs elected outside of England either, it's about there being no English MPs to represent English interests. British MPs have British interests at heart, not English.

The Barnett Formula wouldn't exist now if there was an English Parliament. We would likely have abolished the university tax and prescription charges. City regions would answer to English politicians, not British.

Nonsense. It is not enshrined in law. It is approved every year by the Ways and Means committee ( Parliament on Budget Day). ANY English MP could raise a humble address calling for it to be removed. London gets more spend per head than Scotland anyway......
