Again FTs could be repealed. HSCA did not do so. Labour has not offered to do so. Lib Dems have not......you get the point.

Irrespective of whether subsequent governments have the political will to nationalise foundation trusts with the billions of pounds of PFI debt they have been saddled with, it should not have been possible for Scottish MPs to vote on that Bill because it's a devolved matter.

Not a reason going forward. Can change be effected within the current framework? Yes. That's it. Again what current issue is being held back by non English MPs?
