It's not a Labour whip issue, it's a constitutional issue. Labour wouldn't have been able to whip Scottish MPs to vote on either of those bills if we had an English Parliament.

Could the issues now be revoked? Yes. Does any party want to? No. Would SNP oppose? No because Scotland rejected FTs. Start a campaign, see how you do.
