It is a parliament designed to exclude, that's its sole objective in the union. I cannot think of a single issue where scottish or welsh mps hold back England

We only have crippling university tuition fees and bankrupt foundation hospitals in England because of MPs elected in Scotland.

horseshit. Scotland cut its own college budget to fund tuition fees and suffers from it. And the fees cripple no one. Foundation hospitals BY THEIR NATURE make independent decisions on PFI; which Scotland is a heavy user of too.
