There is, but there won't be after Brexit, because the rules of the UK single market are the rules of the EU single market.

I am entitled to my opinion, and it is that Scotland is better in the U.K., and (now) that devolution is damaging to the stability of that.

With no devolution Scotland would be independent in the blink of an eye, and I for one would vote for it.
