In both cases buildings were completely dilapidated. It was difficult to guess which each was. Wish I could find it now!

.@mjohnstonx An elderly neighbour lived in a rent controlled property (regulated tenancy). It hadn't been updated since the 1940s.

We need more high cost housing. Lots of it, to free up extant low cost housing: best use of land available ;)
