So it will end up with a hard border or it'll make use of the treaties. All we are doing at @bowgroup is telling the public that is the choice and it is the EU's to make.

EUCO can only apply the differentiated status to Danish, French or Dutch territories, not to whole countries or to extra-EU territories. What your group is advocating for is illegal without a treaty change.
